Orders are sent from our warehouse in Wagga Wagga/NSW using the Australia Post Express Post service. Once your order has been sent out, you will get an email notification with a tracking link to monitor your delivery progress. The shipping status of your order is regularly updated, and you can utilize the provided consignment number to track your package. Typically, orders sent to a city address are delivered within 1-2 business days via the express post network, while deliveries to regional areas may take 3-5 business days. Packages require a signature upon delivery; if you're not home, your items will be moved to your nearby post office for pickup.
