LIABILITY
Total Flow Activewear cannot be held responsible for any losses or harm resulting from the use of this website or any other websites connected to it. Total Flow Activewear retains the authority to decline or revoke an order at any point, providing a valid explanation (e.g., non-personal use, technical issues, fraudulent actions, etc.). We will exert every reasonable effort to reach out to the buyer using the information provided during the order process, and any received funds will be reimbursed through the initial payment mode.
CURRENCY USED
All dealings conducted on our website are performed in Australian Dollars (AUD$), which consist of a 10% GST (Australian Goods and Service Tax). This pertains to all orders with an Australian destination. In the event of Australian products being shipped abroad (to an address outside of Australia), the GST portion of the price will be omitted, rendering the export price exclusive of GST. This adjustment will be automatically made during the checkout process once your address is provided.
CONFIRMATION OF ORDERS
Once you've successfully placed an order via the online platform, an automated email confirming your order will be sent to your designated email address. This email will contain a reference number, the address details you provided, and a concise overview of your order. Should you notice any discrepancies or have any concerns, please reach out to sales@totalflowactivewear immediately. While most orders are dispatched within 3 business days, we regret that we cannot guarantee changes to orders that have already been processed. If you haven't received an order confirmation, please ensure to check your spam and junk mail folders before getting in touch with Customer Service. Total Flow Active Wear retains the right to reject or annul any orders received, and will issue a reimbursement through your initial method of payment.
ORDER CANCELATION AND AMENDMENTS
Total Flow Activewear will provide a cancellation on orders that have not yet been dispatched, and a refund issued to the payment method used to purchase the goods. If an order has already been dispatched goods can be returned in accordance with our returns policy.
Unfortunately we are unable to make any amendments to online orders after your order is placed. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that all purchase info, including product selection, contact & delivery information, is correct prior to transacting. Amendments include:
Change of delivery address
Changes to colours and sizes
Adding items
Applying discounts
Total Flow Activewear will not be responsible for goods not delivered due to incorrect
delivery details entered. An order confirmation is emailed to your nominated email address
on completion of the order, which details both the billing and shipping information. Please
contact our Customer Service team immediately if this information is incorrect. In some cases
orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt so we cannot guarantee amendments can be
made if there is a delay in contacting us.
RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE
It is the customer's duty to examine the received goods for any defects or harm within a reasonable period and promptly inform our Customer Service team if any faults or damages are found. Items can be returned, as long as the apparel remains unworn and in its original state, with swing tickets still affixed. Please consult our Returns Policy for comprehensive information.
MISTAKES IN PRINT
If an item(s) is displayed at an inaccurate price or with erroneous information, Total Flow Active Wear retains the authority to remove that item(s) from the sales list and to decline or annul orders. Total Flow Active Wear will exert every reasonable effort
to reach out to the customer using the provided information, and all received funds will be reimbursed using the original payment method.
SPECIAL DEALS / PROMO CODES
Occasionally, we provide promotional discounts and special deals. When applicable,promotional codes must be entered during checkout to take advantage of the promotional offer. A valid code will result in the discount or gift being applied to the order summary.
Promotions that do not require a code will be automatically applied to the cart, provided that the selected items meet the terms and conditions of the promotion. These promotions are automated, and we cannot be held responsible if the code is not applied at the time of purchase.
