Returns must adhere to the following criteria:
Present a valid tax invoice receipt as proof of purchase along with a completed returns form (click here to download) Items should be in their original condition, unused, without any signs of wear, and with all swing tags and hygiene stickers intact. Signs of wear include but are not limited to: strong odors such as perfume, cigarette smoke, or body odor; any rips, tears, stains, or pet hair; and missing or damaged product tags. Seals on wellness products must remain unbroken.
Terms and conditions of any promotional offers received at the time of purchase will continue to be valid.
Returns must be made within 14 days of the original purchase.
Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
